Margaux's serves its Creole Cuisine with its famous buffet featuring daily fixtures such as a Salad Bar, Fried Chicken, Seafood Gumbo, Cornbread and Bread Pudding. Other items varying daily include Red Beans and Rice, Baked Macaroni, Greens, Caggage, White Beans, Seafood Pasta, Baked Chicken, Smothered Chicken, Mixed Vegetables, Okra Gumbo, Fried Catfish, and Sweet Potato Pie.
